Adding animals

When adding a herd, by the time I got to 100 animals I was having to scroll over many numbers that had already been added. The flokk flashes up "already in herd" when I am trying to go by that number, it takes a few seconds and flashes and then changes the numbers for you, trying to guess what you are inputting. This was very time consuming and caused me to be behind and have them waiting on me during the preg check. Is it possible to have it only flash "already in herd" if you try to hit "done" on one that is already entered, not just if you are scrolling by it? Thanks
